A cool wine with lemon color from the rare variety Serifiotiko together with Roditi. The aromas of unripe citrus and pear, sea iodine and wet stone predominate in the nose. Mouth with high intensity of aromas, medium body, high acidity with a medium duration, pleasant finish. Accompanies pleasant fish, poultry lemonade sauces and white cheeses. Suitable serving temperature at 8-10 οC.
