Dellagrazia Olive Oil
It was in 2018 when Giannis Vakondios, having inherited his grandfather’s oil trees, and expanded them from 20 to 500 trees over the previous years, decided to make his great love a profession.
As he says “Dellagrazia Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the achievement of our vision. Triggered by our experiences and love for the island and its products, we aimed to produce and offer an olive oil of high quality and nutritional value.”

Dellagrazia Extra Virgin Olive Oil consists of olives of the Koroneiki variety, which are harvested from mid-October to early November, when the olives are still unripe and green, giving the olive oil the feeling, taste and aroma of freshness and excellent organoleptic characteristics.
The olive grove is located southwest of the island of Syros, in the village of Delagratsia, in a coastal area, benefiting the olive fruit with air from the sea.
